Built for powersports dealerships to run profitable e-commerce
and turn obsolete inventory into cash.
Trusted by dealerships selling these brands
“We only had ~200 listings on eBay we struggled to create manually and were only doing a few thousand dollars a month in sales. InventoryFlow scaled us to 5,000+ listings in the first month, and we are now doing $20,000 a month in sales, much of it coming from obsolete inventory.”

“We wasted tens of thousands of dollars and years trying to get e-commerce off the ground and got nowhere. InventoryFlow connected to our DMS, had our whole inventory live in 7 days with OEM images and fitment, and we started getting orders right away for parts that had been collecting dust on our shelf for years.”

“We were sitting on hundreds of thousands in obsolete parts with no real plan to move it. InventoryFlow got it all up on eBay in under a week with the right data, we saw our first order that week, and now we’ve got a consistent channel to sell through old inventory.”

How we calculate this
InventoryFlow is the only solution that enables powersports dealerships to launch a full-scale, profitable e-commerce department across OEM and aftermarket catalogs, with zero additional headcount.
| InventoryFlow | Hire In-House | Hire an E-Commerce Agency | Do Nothing | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Performance-based pricing aligned with your success | $70K-$100K+ salary + benefits | $5K-$10K+/month retainers | $0. Inventory collects dust and online sales go to other dealers |
| Time to Launch | Live in under a week | 3-6 months to hire and train | 1-3 months onboarding | |
| Scalability | Scales automatically | Need more hires to grow | Costs increase with scope | |
| DMS Integration | Automatic DMS inventory sync | Manual inventory management | Manual inventory management | |
| Data Quality | Fitment, images, and descriptions sourced directly from OEM, distributor, and manufacturer catalogs | Sourced manually, quality varies by individual | Often scraped or sourced from generic databases or competitive e-commerce listings |
You're already seeing results. But manually managing listings, messages, and inventory doesn't scale. InventoryFlow automates the grind and puts your entire inventory and distributor catalogs online automatically.
Listings, inventory sync, and ordering. The repetitive work that eats 20+ hours a week. We automate all of it.
Go from hundreds of listings to thousands across eBay and other marketplaces, without adding a single person.
Our pricing scales with your sales. Fully aligned incentives.

30-minute call. We'll review your current setup and show you what's possible.
We operate on a performance-based model. Our fee averages about 8% of sales, so our incentives are fully aligned with yours. There is a minimum monthly spend, which only applies if your sales don't generate that amount in fees. We'll walk through the full pricing structure during your walkthrough.
If it can be sold online, you can sell it through InventoryFlow: OEM parts, aftermarket accessories, and distributor catalog items. The only products that tend not to perform well are large, low-cost items where shipping costs outweigh the margin. Outside of that, we generally see about 90% of a dealer's inventory being viable for online sales.
Every listing we create uses data sourced directly from OEM, distributor, or manufacturer catalogs. The same systems your parts counter relies on. That means accurate fitment, correct part numbers, and manufacturer-provided images and descriptions. We don't scrape competitor listings or guess at fitment.
Absolutely. This is one of the biggest reasons dealers work with us. Many dealerships are sitting on tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in obsolete and slow-moving parts. eBay and other online marketplaces are one of the best channels to move that inventory, turning dead shelf space back into working capital.
Schedule a 30-minute walkthrough. We'll review your current inventory, demonstrate the platform, and begin onboarding. Most dealerships are fully live within five business days of that initial call.
We currently integrate with Lightspeed, with other DMS systems such as DX1 on our roadmap.
Even better. Dealers who already have an eBay store or sell on other marketplaces tend to see the strongest results because they have existing sales history and seller reputation built up. We can take over the heavy lifting so you can scale what you've already started without adding headcount. Think of us as your e-commerce team on autopilot.
Yes. We sync with your DMS automatically. When a part sells at the counter, we automatically delist it from all online channels. You retain full control of your inventory. We simply help you sell what's sitting on the shelf.
